March 2026 – Enjoyed returning as the visiting author at Unity Concord International School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, for March reading month. I talked with Grade 1-6 students about the wonders of nonfiction, my journey to publication, and the behind the scenes teamwork of book publishing. Students also shared their own creative writing ideas and asked such thoughtful questions!
April 2024 – It was a joy to do my very first author visit at Grace International School in Thailand! I taught 2nd grade here for five years and will be returning to teach in the fall. Some highlights were interacting with former students and meeting new ones, answering fun questions, and getting to show students my first and second grade writing journals!
